Ram Dass was a believer in the therapeutic effects of psychedelic drugs, and we are grateful to honour his legacy by making a donation from sales of our first issue, ‘An Echo in the Heart Cave’ to the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS).

Founded in 1986, MAPS is a 501(c)(3) non‑profit research and educational organization that develops medical, legal, and cultural contexts for people to benefit from the careful uses of psychedelics and marijuana.

We’re delighted to help support medical research into new ways to heal post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), calm end-of-life anxiety and end opiate addiction. As well as all this, MAPS also provides harm reduction services at festivals around the world and publishes essential information about psychedelic and medical marijuana research.

We support their mission to:

  • develop psychedelics and marijuana into prescription medicines
  • train therapists and establish a network of treatment centres
  • support scientific research into spirituality, creativity and neuroscience
  • educate the public honestly about the risks and benefits of psychedelics and marijuana.

Everyone has the right to heal.
